Polestar Pilates Props – Specialized Program for Pilates Instructors.

The Polestar Pilates Props course is a specialized training designed for Pilates instructors to master the use of various Pilates props. These tools enrich workouts, allow exercises to be adapted to individual client needs, and enhance training effectiveness and body control.

To maintain motivation, increase engagement, and make sessions more enjoyable, it’s essential to continuously explore new ways to diversify workouts. Training with different equipment not only activates various muscle groups but also makes exercise sessions more interesting, efficient, and enjoyable.

Equipment Covered in This Course:
- Resistance bands
- Foam rollers
- Small balls (Pilates Ball)
- Large balls (Fitball)
- Isotonic rings

During the course, you will learn how to incorporate small equipment to diversify, intensify, or simplify exercises according to client needs.
