Ina Mochalina Polestar Pilates Baltics teacher <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ina Mochalina \u2013 is a certified Polestar Pilates instructor with over 20 years of coaching experience. She serves as the official representative of the Polestar Pilates school in Latvia, a mentor and educator for Polestar\u2019s educational programs, and a member of the examination board for international Polestar Pilates courses in the Baltic region and Ukraine. Ina also leads Pilates Studio in Riga.
She holds specialized higher education qualifications, including a degree in wellness and health sciences from Riga Stradi\u0146\u0161 University, as well as a master\u2019s degree in philology and a teaching qualification from the University of Latvia. Ina has been teaching Pilates professionally since 2004.
Committed to continuous professional development, Ina actively participates in various international trainings and seminars. Natalija is a licensed physical therapist and a certified Polestar Pilates Mat and Comprehensive instructor, with over 25 years of coaching experience. She is the official representative of the Polestar Pilates school in Lithuania, a mentor for educational programs, and the founder and director of Pilates Wave studio.
In addition to her healthcare qualifications, Natalija holds a degree in economics from Vilnius University.
For many years, she played an active role in organizing sports and wellness events in Lithuania. She was one of the key organizers behind seminars and conventions such as Euroeducation, Aeromix, Eurofitnessmania, and Eurowellnessday. She also led training sessions for group fitness instructors and health professionals. Natalija has been teaching Pilates since 2010. Dedicated to ongoing professional growth, she regularly participates in workshops and advanced training both in Lithuania and abroad.
